The project covers the entire process of procurement, production, sales, quality control, safety and environment, and warehouse management. With the industrial Internet as the technical foundation and lean digital management as the core, the project focuses on the main line of product production process, and through digital and intelligent technologies, establishes four full-process digital management goals of production, procurement and sales integration, production and office integration, quality traceability integration, and safety and environment control integration, to achieve full collection of production data, digital closed loop of production execution, intelligent production management decision-making, optimize resource allocation, reduce energy consumption and cost, and enhance product quality and innovation capabilities, and create new quality (intelligent) productivity with Zhongneng characteristics.
