Ganzhou Zhongneng Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 2011, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. Located in the national high-tech industrial park of Xinfeng Park, Ganzhou, it covers an area of 300 mu. The company specialises in NMP recovery processing, NMP synthesis, GBL, α-P, NVP, PVP, CNT synthesis and is a national high-tech enterprise integrating "research and development, production, and sales". It is the first NMP synthesis production enterprise in South China, with NMP single product sales ranking first in the industry and comprehensive production capacity and competitiveness steadily ranking in the top three in the industry. Its downstream customer base is mainly concentrated in power battery manufacturers and conductive paste suppliers, while also covering the photovoltaic, daily chemical, medicine, and food industries.

The company has successfully passed a series of system certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949. It owns domestically and internationally advanced NMP synthesis and recovery processing technologies, with stable product quality and leading environmental protection technologies. So far, the company's products and technologies have obtained 33 domestic and international authorised patents, including 7 invention patents and 26 utility model patents. It has been honoured with titles such as "National High-tech Enterprise", "Jiangxi Province Specialised and New Enterprise", "Jiangxi Province Specialised Giant Enterprise", and "Provincial Enterprise Technology Centre", and has been rated as a National Standardisation Institute Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Level 3 and a National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise.
