On the morning of March 27, Ganzhou Zhongneng Industrial Co., Ltd. held a kick-off meeting for the full-process digitalization/intelligent manufacturing transformation and upgrading project (Phase I). This meeting marks that Zhongneng Industrial has officially entered the implementation stage of digital transformation. The company will drive development with "fine management + technology empowerment".
This project aims to comprehensively improve the company's operational efficiency and competitiveness by introducing digital technology and top-level design concepts of intelligent manufacturing, deeply cooperate with China Mobile Xinfeng Branch, fully combine advanced industry transformation practice experience, accelerate the company's full-process digitalization/intelligent manufacturing transformation and upgrading construction, and achieve the company's low-cost, high-quality, and sustainable development strategic goals. The project covers the entire process of procurement, production, sales, quality control, safety and environment, and warehouse management. With the industrial Internet as the technical foundation and lean digital management as the core, the project focuses on the main line of product production process, and through digital and intelligent technologies, establishes four full-process digital management goals of production, procurement and sales integration, production and office integration, quality traceability integration, and safety and environment control integration, to achieve full collection of production data, digital closed loop of production execution, intelligent production management decision-making, optimize resource allocation, reduce energy consumption and cost, and enhance product quality and innovation capabilities, and create new quality (intelligent) productivity with Zhongneng characteristics.
Liu Fuxian, Chairman of Zhongneng Industrial, Ye Yuanfei, General Manager, heads of various departments and other relevant personnel attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Hua Furong, Deputy General Manager of the company and Head of Intelligent Manufacturing Project.
